A well equipped Kitchen with electric oven, microwave etc. Large comfortable large lounge with leather couches, 34" colour TV with freeview & dvd. Fully carpeted throughout with Central Heating.

ABOUT OUR LOCATION

Oakford, a beautiful hamlet, is located 1.5miles inland from the A487 Aberystwyth to Cardigan Coast road; mid-way between Aberaeron & New Quay. An lovely and peaceful setting - we say its not paradise just a bit of paradise.

FACILITIES

Beautiful landscaped grounds with 6 lakes (3 Trout & 3 Coarse), Static Caravans. Fishery lodge with toilet, Tackle shop and Cafe.

There are no strangers here only new friends

The 3 Trout Lakes stocked with Rainbow, Blues and Tiger Trout between 2lbs and 7lbs. Two Coarse Lakes with Carp (up to 26lbs), Bream, Tench, large Roach. Plus a Novices Pool and an Angling Coach.

Bird watching & Star gazing

With beautiful flora & fauna there are a large variety of wild birds including Buzzards and Kites almost daily. With no light pollution Star gazing is superb, Satellites & the Milky Way cloud visible
